Alternatively, to avoid losing all your payments, you may cancel reservations and then email us to approve a partial with up to 50% of your payment depends on how far in advance your refund request to your check in dates.

The Villa is located in a quiet laneway with peaceful rice field vibe, however, please note that Canggu is full of development works, however, we don’t have constructions sites around, unless one of the villas far around doing some daily normal works . We hope then to enjoy our villa as we are one of the best locations in Canggu

The internet speed is 50-100 Mbps , stable and good enough for all video , distance works and downloads, each property has its own modem, Internet access is free, unlimited and provided at check in
