Welcome to your oasis Villa Indah! Our Villa Indah Team has designed and furnished this space with care and love. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same respect.

To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following terms before confirming your reservation:

1. Booking & Payment

• Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is received within 24 hours of booking.
• Payment Method: Notify us immediately after completing a bank transfer.
• Guest Verification: Upload a recent photo and government-issued ID to your profile prior to check-in to avoid delays.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds for cancellations after 48 hours or in case of no-shows.

3. Occupancy

• Accommodation Type: Make sure you understand your booking type (Entire Villa, Private Room, or Premium Studio). Note that Private Rooms , and Premium are with shared pool access.
• Maximum Guests:
  • Private Room / Premium Studio: 2 guests
  • Entire Two-Bedroom Villa: 4 guests
  • Entire Four-Bedroom Villa: 8 guests
    Exceeding occupancy limits will result in immediate termination of your stay.
• Usage: Strictly for residential purposes. Commercial activities, events, or parties are prohibited.

4. House Rules

• Smoking: Permitted outdoors only.
• Pets: Prohibited without prior approval.
• Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Pool & Children: Use the pool at your own risk. Supervise children at all times.

5. Liability

• Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents.
• Safety: The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Use the provided safe for valuables.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

• Timings: Check-in at 2:00 PM / Check-out by 11:00 AM.
• Luggage: Early drop-off or storage can be arranged upon request.
• Departure: Return keys to the designated area, notify the team, and leave the villa tidy.

7. Listing Accuracy

• Property descriptions and photos are provided in good faith. Minor variations may exist.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version applies to all bookings.
